Article 12: Amendments
A. The By-Laws of the Association may be amended, repealed, or added to by an affirmative unanimous vote of the Board of Directors.
B. The By-Laws of the Association my be amended, repealed, or added to by an affirmative majority vote of the members of the Association.
THE FOREGOING BY-LAWS CONSISTING OF TEN (10) PAGES WERE DULY ADOPTED AS THE BY-LAWS OF THE ASSOCIATION BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND MEMBERS THEREOF ON MAY 5TH 1989, AND THE SAME DO NOW CONSTITUTE THE BY-LAWS OF THE ASSOCIATION.
